Meet Gopitha
Gopitha Anandal, BScN, RN is an aesthetic nurse dedicated to the overall beauty, health and well-being of her patients. With a remarkable medical background and an intuitive artistic eye, she is passionate about providing cutting edge aesthetic treatments that lead to transformative, age defying results – without surgery.
Founding You Derma has been a long time dream of Gopitha’s. Her vision is that men and women can experience cosmetic injectable treatment backed with research, education and transparency.
Gopitha specializes in non-invasive rejuvenating treatments to the face such as neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, Kybella and medical grade skin care. She has over 10 years of experience in health care. Skilled in meeting the full range of needs influenced by skin type, ethnicity and lifestyle, she mixes and matches technologies to bring out the natural beauty in each of her patients. She is thrilled to meet you and looks forward to work with your beauty needs.

Gopitha holds a a BSc in Nursing. During her time at the University of Ottawa, she studied biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, organic chemistry, and pharmacology.
She began an extensive science and nursing background in 2010 as a registered nurse at the Kingston Health Science Centre, working in departments such as labour & delivery, acute care, emergency department, neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, and critical care medicine.
Adding to her range of training, she completed medical aesthetic training with world renowned educators like Julie Horn Academy, Professor Sebastian Cotofana MD PhD, Shelby Miller DNP, FNP-C, Dr. Godeon Kwok. Lastly, she received extensive training with Colleen White NP, a medical aesthetic educator who is also the proud Medical Director of You Derma.
Gopitha holds education to the highest value. She ensures that for every service offered, she masters and knows it inside and out. She believes that the most knowledgeable practitioners in the medical and aesthetics industry deliver the best results.

Meet Our Medical Director
Colleen White is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Medical Aesthetics Professional. At a young age, Colleen knew she had a future in healthcare. She is one of only few NP’s to have done a fellowship in dermatology. She is recognized for her expertise relating to skin disease and an in-depth knowledge of the dermis (skin) and facial anatomy.
Colleen holds a degree in Health Care Nursing Practitioner Program, along with a Master of Science from Queen’s University. Colleen comes with extensive experience in teaching nursing at Queen’s University and in primary health care as a Nurse Practitioner and is a national clinical expert trainer with THMA consulting. She is thrilled to meet during consultation.
