Before your appointment

The process will start with a complimentary consultation where we will gather information about your medical history and the areas you wish to have treated. At this time, we can answer any questions you might have about Radiesse®. We’ll determine how many units you’ll require as well as a treatment schedule.

On the day of your treatment

On the day of your appointment, we’ll go over everything with you again before marking the sites for injection and cleansing the treated areas. The injection itself will take only about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated and the amount of units being injected. We’ll offer a topical anaesthetic if you’re worried about the pain, but rest assured that the process is practically painless.

During the treatment

After your treatment, you may experience mild side effects such as bruising at the injection site, redness, tenderness or swelling. These side effects will generally resolve themselves in just a few days. We will provide you with post-treatment care instructions to help you heal and allow the results to settle.
